Body scan meditation - Find a quiet place where you can lie down or sit comfortably. Start at the top of your head and focus on each part of your body, moving slowly down to your toes. Pay attention to any areas of tension or discomfort, and consciously release any tension as you focus on each body part.
Gratitude practice - Take a few moments each day to focus on what you're grateful for. This can help shift your focus away from stress and worry, and bring a greater sense of perspective and positivity to your life. Write down atleast 3 things everyday for which you are grateful for.
Mindful eating - When you eat, focus your attention on the food and the sensations in your body. Pay attention to the taste, texture, and smell of your food, and notice how your body feels as you eat. This can help you cultivate a greater sense of awareness around your relationship with food, and reduce stress-related overeating.

Walking meditation - Go for a walk outside and focus your attention on each step. Pay attention to the sensations in your feet and legs, and the sounds and sights around you. This can help you feel more present and connected to the world around you, and reduce stress and anxiety. You can also walk with barefoot for maximum result.
